Our Initial Needs Assessment (INA) tool is taking shape.
You can see the way the INA workflow is coming together in the short video below.
Learners will be able to completely self-serve without any setup required from training providers.
Learners will be able to share a link to their completed INA when they are finished.
This will also feed into the Learning Tracker which will let learners self-assess their progress on each KSB as they move through their programme.
